Borrowing Policies
During the Spring 2021 semester, the University Libraries will provide a contactless pickup service for books and DVDs in Cudahy and Lewis Libraries. This service is restricted to Loyola students, faculty, and staff. If you have any questions, Ask a Librarian.
Our electronic resources, including e-books and databases, and streaming videos, are still available to Loyola students, faculty, and staff. Information about off-campus access can be found here.
Renewals
All due dates for books have been extended to June 16, 2021. Additional extensions will be made if necessary. To view due dates and materials checked out, please use My Library Account.
Audiovisual Materials
DVDs from the library’s collection can be requested for contactless pickup via the form on the library website: http://libraries.luc.edu/avfaculty If you have a DVD checked out, please contact cud-circ@luc.edu or LewisLib@luc.edu for extensions. Please DO NOT return DVDs to the book drop, they will be damaged.
Course Reserves
Physical course reserves are unavailable currently. We will attempt to acquire online versions. We are now accepting new reserve lists for the summer and fall semesters. See Course Reserves for more information.
